Client Portal Update

Beginning January 1, Seales Advisory Solutions will launch a new client portal to streamline communication and securely exchange documents with you.

You can set up your account using a web browser or by downloading the Canopy Client Portal app from Canopy Tax. Setup is quick and easy, and once complete, the portal will be your primary hub for securely sending and receiving documents. 

If you have both individual and business accounts with us, only one email address is needed—we can link all accounts to a single login.

If you have not received an emailed invitation to create your portal, contact our office.  Please note that the invitation email may occasionally be routed to spam, so be sure to check your spam folder if you don’t see it

You may continue using ShareFile through December 31. Starting January 1, document uploads to ShareFile will be disabled, and all documents from Seales Advisory Solutions—including payroll, sales tax, accounting reports, and tax returns—will be shared exclusively through the new portal. You will retain access to your historical ShareFile documents until August 31, 2026, with the option to download copies for your records.
